In every Capsim simulation there will be different challenges. In addition, every classroom setting is different due to the various levels of understanding of Capstone and also business knowledge. The learning plan will consist of a basic structure to help understand the platform first and subsequently, walk through the process of applying strategies to the team products.

We believe that every student has the potential to excel with the right help. However, we are not able to guarantee that every student who takes on Business Capstone Tutoring would be able to excel but we do have high expectations for the students that we teach. We take ownership of the performance of the students that we teach and we want to see students who receive tutoring be able to score HD for the simulation component.

The tutoring session is catered to work with both team and individually. As Business Capstone requires the team to work together in making decisions, we would prefer if the entire team is able to attend together in order to make a cohesive decision. This would also benefit all the members as it becomes a discussion where everyone is able to learn.

As our tutors are working full time, availability would be mainly on weeknights or weekends. However, depending on the schedule of both sides, we can arrange for a Skype meeting to facilitate the tutoring.
